Bruce Springsteen dropped into his Dublin local this afternoon

THE BOSS CALLED into his favourite Dublin pub this afternoon, much to the delight of pint-sipping fans.

Bruce Springsteen was enjoying the comedown after last night’s Croke Park gig at his city local, The Long Hall on Great George’s Street.

He’s known for visiting the pub, along with O’Donoghue’s on Baggot Street, every time he’s in Dublin.

The Long Hall staff confirmed to DailyEdge.ie that he arrived around 4pm and had one pint, but quickly scarpered.

Val Burke, manager of the pub, told TheJournal.ie earlier this year that he comes for the pints just as much as the gigs:

When he came in after his gig in 2008 he told me ‘I don’t just come to Dublin for the gigs, I come for the pints in the Long Hall and O’Donoghues’.
