Eastenders quoted Stormzy last night and it was the most 'How do you do, fellow kids?' moment ever
BBC BBC
THERE’S NOTHING MORE cringeworthy than obvious attempts to be “down with the kids”.
Last night’s episode of Eastenders featured Travis teasing Keegan for knowing nothing about Shakespeare before assembling a group of lads to chant Stormzy’s Big For Your Boots at him.
Here’s how the interaction went:
Travis: ”Fair. I mean, Shakespeare is out of your league. I’ll make it easy for you. Just do your favourite Stormzy tune.”
Keegan: “What do you know about Stormzy?”
Travis: “Well I do know that you’re getting way too big for your boots.”
Noooooo.
Is this actually real life?

You know when your Mam announces out of nowhere that she likes “that fella The Weeknd”? It was as embarrassing as that.

It’s Stormzy’s world and we’re all just living in it, eh?
