SUBLIMOTION BY PACO Roncero at the Hard Rock Hotel in Ibiza is widely acknowledged to be one of the, if not the most expensive restaurant in the world.

Clocking in at €1,700 per person, it’s touted as a ’15-course, multi sensory journey’ which you’re allowed to tell people about “but nobody will believe you”.
