'It would make his life': The campaign to get a young Take That superfan to the Late Late

The band have now said they’re ‘on’ Conor Kenny’s case.

CONOR KENNY IS a teenager living in Finglas. He really, really loves Take That.

He’s travelled to Glasgow and Belfast to see Gary Barlow and the lads. Plus gone to all of the band’s show’s in Dublin, according to his family.

And now his relatives have launched a campaign to get the band to meet Conor when they come to Dublin for the Late Late Show this Friday.

“It would literally make his life,” Kenny’s sister Fauve posted in a Facebook plea. She started a campaign on Facebook and Twitter,

in the hope that somehow, somebody sees this that can arrange for Conor to meet Take That or even just be there next Friday!

The plea was shared by dozens of Irish users… and finally reached the attention of Howard Donald.

He tagged Gary Barlow…

… and Barlow wrote: “on it x”

Following Barlow’s tweet, Fauve Kenny wrote on Facebook:

The Late Late Show, however, tweeted this in response:

CONOR FOR THE LATE LATE SHOW. Let’s make it happen.
