An Post Irish Book Awards 2018 (RTE 1, 10.15pm)

You weren’t there, because you weren’t invited. Catch up on all the goings on at the literary awards, with 16 categories including novel of the year, popular fiction, sports, short story and teen and young adult. 

Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas (Channel 4, 8pm)

Kirstie Allsopp of all people makes some Christmas crafts. Yeah, no idea. It will certainly help you get into the Christmas spirit though. 

Kidding (Sky Atlantic, 10.40pm)

A new series starring Jim Carrey as Mr Pickles. The entertainer, Jeff, struggles to keep his sanity and his family together all the while becoming an American icon.

Everyone’s talking about… Boyzone on Loose Women 

If the Loose Women ladies aren’t asking if Santa can be female, they’re asking Boyzone who has the biggest, er, things.

The lads appeared on the show yesterday and they played a game where they pointed out the band member who has the biggest ego, bank balance, flirt, brain, diva, party animal, rider, chance of introducing Janet to Colin Farrell, and feet.
