What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Late Late Show (RTE 1, 9.35pm)

Ryan Tubridy’s guests tonight are… Joseph O’Connor with a poem about the rescue helicopter 116, businessman and Chopped co-founder Brian Lee, John Creedon, angel-speaker Lorna Byrne, and Patrick Shalvey.

Legally Blonde (RTE 2, 9.35pm)

I just rewatched this on Netflix last week, and I can safely confirm it is a bona fide classic. Reese Witherspoon gets into Harvard Law school to impress her ex-boyfriend who thinks she isn’t smart enough for him. The count case is a JOKE, but sure that’s all part of the fun.

Decline and Fall (BBC 1, 9pm)

Based on the novel of the same name, Jack Whitehall, Eva Longoria, and David Suchet star in this show about an expelled Oxford University student who takes a job in a boarding school in Wales. He falls for the mother of one of his pupils, and it’s all set in the 20s. Joyous.

SSE Airtricity League, Dundalk v Drogheda (RTE 2, 7.25pm) Live from Oriel Park.

Safe House (TV 3, 9pm) A CIA agent in South Africa is attacked by mercenaries while on the job.

The Last Leg (Channel 4, 10pm) It’s back, and Charlotte Ritchie, Simon Bird, and Tom Rosenthal are the guests.
