Cillian Murphy stars as an Irish teen drag performer in 1970s London.  He searches for his estranged mother and attempts to find approval on the drag ciruit he never got at home. It’s all going well, until he gets caught up in some IRA dealings.

The Counsellor (RTÉ 2, 9.40pm)

Michael Fassbender plays a lawyer who represents drug criminals and eventually gets tied into their world. Ridley Scott directs, with Cameron Diaz and Brad Pitt.

High Crimes (TV 3, 9pm)

When an attorney’s husband is arrested by the military for slaughtering villagers in El Salvador, she battles to prove his innocence. But what does she really know about him? Thriller starring Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman.

Everybody’s talking about… Stormzy on Love Island

Stormzy is Love Island’s number one fan. Seriously. The grime artist caused friction in the villa during the week when his tweet was read out to islanders.
