Tesco is selling turkey and stuffing-flavour doughnuts for Christmas
AFTER THE TRIUMPH of the Custard Cream-flavour spread, Tesco had to deliver something great for the Christmas season. And this is what they came up with.
They’ve added a special Christmas turkey and stuffing flavour to their Weirdoughs collection, which already includes salt and vinegar, cheese and onion, and smokey bacon flavours.
Like their crisp-flavoured counterparts, they cost £1 for 10.
Unfortunately (or should that be fortunately?) Tesco Ireland is not currently stocking the treats here. Probably for the best.
The blog A Review A Day gave the doughnuts a five-star rating, saying “it’s a lot like eating the real thing, but in dough form”.
Shudder. The flavour is not going over well on Twitter:
