This week… Reader Dennis Collins in Cork wants to know if other households are as split down the middle by the following choice as his is:
What about asking people if they prefer bars of soap or the new fancier liquid handwash option we all got used to during “the good times”? I myself go for the poncier version, but others in my family insist on the bar of soap, so the manky thing has to sit there festering in the corner of the washbasin next to my gleaming bottle of Aldi’s finest handwash as a sort of ceasefire compromise.
