This unfortunate signpost in Laois is going viral

“They say it’s very hard to find.”

IN THE BEAUTIFUL Slieve Bloom mountains at Clonaslee, Co Laois, there is a little-known spot.

Intrepid Redditor ta2kev posted this photo of the rather unfortunate signpost there, with the caption: “They say it’s very hard to find…”

According to the official description, the spot is “ideal for enjoying the view”. It also recommends “having a picnic”.

However it warns that the area has no marked paths and is “dominated by heather”.

The link for directions is currently not working.
