Love Island’s Dr Alex had a shady response to Georgia and Sam’s split

Yesterday was a sad day for Love Island devotees when it was confirmed that Georgia Steel and Sam Bird had called it quits after coupling up in the villa.

According to their Instagram accounts, Sam is ‘devastated’ while Georgia is ‘very sad’.

You know who isn’t in the least bit devastated though? That’d be Dr Alex.

In a post which has been branded ‘savage’, Dr Alex posted a meme of himself celebrating every Love Island break-up.

Amy Schumer and her husband photobombed a couple’s engagement shoot

If any celebrity was going to photobomb someone else’s engagement shoot, it’d be Amy Schumer.

So, the actress and her husband, Chris Fischer, were strolling through Central Park when they happened across another couple posing for a series of photos.

Jillian Georgio and Greg Hayes were celebrating their engagement, and naturally Amy couldn’t let the moment pass without, you know, inserting herself in the excitement.

After asking Jillian and Greg if they could join in, they copied the couple’s stance and posed alongside them.  Gillian was fairly thrilled and shared the shoot on Instagram.

Speaking to BuzzFeed, Jillian explained:

We had our backs turned to them and had no idea who it was until we turned around and obviously said yes.

After the shoot, Amy, who hadn’t been recognised by the photographer wished the couple well.

She told us marriage was awesome and wished us all the best.

Joe Jonas wished he’d gotten a role on Game of Thrones a lá Ed Sheeran

So, in case you weren’t up to date, Joe Jonas is engaged to Sophie Turner who plays Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones.

But despite this, Joe is as clueless about the upcoming series as the rest of us because, well, Sophie is good at her job.

Oh, and Joe has had to come to terms with the fact he’ll never get a part on the show at this stage like Ed Sheeran managed to.

I would have done it in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, it’s not going to happen. That would have been amazing. I would have loved it.
