An article in The Guardian says the future belongs to ghee

It’s had Pat Kenny talking about it for hours on the radio and Kourtney Kardashian takes a spoon of it every morning.
It is, of course, is a Middle Eastern sister of butter, rich in vitamins A and D.
And yesterday The Guardian said ghee is the future of food
