People reckon The Young Offenders series could be better than the movie
No spoiler, we promise! Just go watch it!
THE FIRST EPISODE of The Young Offenders series premiered on RTΓ Two and BBC Three last night.
The series picks up as a prequel to the movie. Conor and Jock are back, continuing to steal bikes (and lead) and wrecking seargent Healyβs head in the process.
PJ Gallagher returns albeit in a different role, playing hapless school Principal Barry (who also happens to be the dad of the two girls the lads fancy. Not ideal).
It was recently announced that BBC Three has already commissioned a second series of the movie-turned-TV show, which is great news, because people are loving it so far.
The lads gave us some words to live by.
Ireland continues to be the smallest place in the world.
This guy from Emmerdale bloody loved it, anyway.
Sound bai!
Some people reckon it could be better than Derry Girls!
β¦ AND the original movie!
Our thoughts are with all the Cork people currently getting the piss ripped out of their accent.
Can it be next week already?
