Wingmen and women assemble - There's now a Tinder for double dates

IF FLYING SOLO on Tinder is starting to get a little boring, there’s a new app that allows you and a friend to look through potential double dates together as a pair.

Called Double, the app makes you and a friend team up to find another two people to go on a double date with – and it seems like it could work well.

According to the app’s Twitter page, it is launching in London right now and is available on the iOS store as well.

Once the pair of you find another two people as a match, it opens you up into a group chat to have the craic.

The app styles itself as the less awkward and safer version of Tinder. If and when it comes to Ireland, we could see it being a fresh alternative.
