A topless woman wandered on screen during the Xtra Factor on Sunday

THE XTRA FACTOR got briefly X-rated on Sunday night when a topless woman managed to wander into shot in a particularly cringey blooper.

The ITV2 show features a segment in which they invite viewers to Skype the studios and chat with the contestants and judges.

During one such call with a girl called Lara from London, a topless woman wandered into view, using only her arm to cover her modesty.

The woman finally copped on that she was on national television, after several seconds:
