Er, did this tourist just stop a thief in Dublin with a tin of Aldi beans?

THIS CURIOUS FOOTAGE arrived in our inbox this morning.

It appears to show a tourist taking in the nice weather on Merrion Square, only to be accosted by a thief who makes a grab for his camera bag.

The first thing he managed to grab in an attempt to stop her… was a tin of Aldi beans from his shopping.

They worked suspiciously well in taking her down…
