Excluded at Seven (Channel 4, 9pm)
In the wake of record numbers of children being permanently excluded from primary schools in Britain, this documentary meets six young, funny and riotous children who are hoping for another chance. The doc follows their behavioural problems and the mammoth task the teachers have in trying to correct these issues and make the children fit for school again.
Wild West: America’s Great Frontier (RTÉ 2, 9:40pm)
This new three-part documentary series explores the history and geography of America’s deserts, canyons and wilderness, looking at the lives of the people and animals that have found ways to thrive and prosper in these brutally inhospitable conditions. Expect some gorge scenery.
Emmerdale (TV3, 7pm)
In tonight’s hour-long episode, Pierce’s court case gets underway, with Rhona first to take the stand. However, the pressure gets too much for her as she is questioned while Pierce continues to play the role of a falsely accused victim.
Everybody's talking about... The Love Island final
After seven weeks, Amber and Kem found love, and the show found its winners.
And while blossoming romances are v exciting, there's something about Kem's burgeoning rap career that has people slightly more intrigued.

Medication Nation (RTÉ One, 9:35pm) Another chance to see Dr. Eva's much--discussed documentary on the nation's relationship with over-the-counter medication.
Marlon Brando: An Actor Named Desire (TG4, 11:20pm) A profile of the Hollywood icon, looking beyond his career as an actor to offer an insight into his private and personal life away from the spotlight.
