Who Do You Think You Are? (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)
New series. Singer Damien Dempsey traces his ancestry, discovering why his great grandmother brought her son back to Ireland from America, but left the rest of her family behind.
Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls (Channel 4, 9.00pm)
New series. Another party of celebrities brave a deserted Pacific island. This year’s team of castaways consists of Olympic rower James Cracknell, boxer Anthony Ogogo, Hollywood star Eric Roberts, Pete Wicks (Towie), Montana Brown (Love Island), transgender campaigner and journalist Paris Lees, actor Martin Kemp, TV medic Dr Saleyha Ahsan, former model Jo Wood and Roxanne Pallett (Emmerdale). Pete takes charge as they look for a place to camp, but his decision to leave most of their fresh water behind stirs up resentment as the weather worsens.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (BBC Two, 6.00pm)
The intrepid archaeologist sets out to find his estranged father, who has gone missing while searching for the Holy Grail. Once reunited, the duo team up to finish the task and locate the sacred relic before the Nazis get their hands on it. Action adventure sequel directed by Steven Spielberg, starring Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Alison Doody, River Phoenix, Julian Glover and Denholm Elliott.

Strictly Come Dancing is back and dominating the ratings once again.
A massive 8.5 million of us were tuning into watch our first taste of Strictly 2018 at the show’s peak, with an average of 8.1 million viewers tuning in throughout the whole show.
That’s just a little down on last year’s launch ratings, which recorded a peak audience of 9.5 million and a 44.7% audience share, but is still a runaway success – especially compared to rival Saturday TV series The X Factor.
ITV’s show returned last week to its lowest launch ratings in recent years but was the most-watched programme on Saturday night with a 38% audience share (48% for 16-34s). (Digital Spy)
