Excellent.

What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

EVERY WEEKDAY lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

There’s NO WORLD CUP on tonight. So instead, we bring you…

Glastonbury 2014 (BBC2, 10pm)

The BBC’s Glasto coverage has become almost as much of an institution as the festival itself. Stand by for a bit of the usual blather from Jo Whiley, Fearne Cotton, Lauren Laverne et al, plus big-budget concert footage. Arcade Fire are headlining tonight which promises to be a cracker.

The best of the Graham Norton Show (BBC1, 10.35pm)

For the last of the current series, our Graham has simply collected the best bits from all his interviews this season and chucked them into one show. Given that he is reliably excellent at making celebrities humiliate themselves, this should be great. #grahamnorton

Wayne’s World (E4, 9pm)

Excuse me… do you have any Grey Poupon? Yes, there was a time when Mike Myers was genuinely hilarious. And this was it. Pour yourself a large drink and quote along.

Everybody’s talking about: Meet The Mormons

This Channel 4 documentary sparked heated Twitter debate last night. It’s an investigation into the religious sect in the UK, with cameras following a young Mormon as he spends two year attempting to convert people in Leeds – allowed just one phone call home every six months.

Church leaders in the US gave unusual levels access to Channel 4′s cameras, and you can watch it here.

Or switch over for…

  • Defiance (TV3, 11.10pm) Daniel Craig movie about three Jewish brothers forming a resistance in Nazi-occupied Poland.
  • Saturday Night Fever (RTE Two, 1am) THAT movie about John Travolta dancing in a white suit.
  • Kill List (Film4, 12.25am) Chiller/thriller about a hitman.
  • Cliffhanger (ITV4, 10pm) Sly Stallone in his heyday.
  • The Sixth Sense (9pm, More4) He sees dead people.

More: Courteney Cox and Johnny from Snow Patrol are engaged>
