The Falling (BBC2, 9.45pm)

Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams stars in this mystery about a girls’ school rocked by the death of a star pupil. Soon afterwards, the students begin inexplicably fainting – and the close friendship of two girls is at the centre of it all. #thefalling

Taboo (BBC1, 9.15pm)

Tom Hardy’s dark drama continues tonight as James Delaney is blackmailed into accepting a dangerous mission. Meanwhile, his brother-in-law Thorne takes his jealousy of James to the next level. #taboo

Everyone’s talking about: Stranger Things

Time to get excited! A teaser for season 2 of the hit Netflix show is set to air during the Super Bowl – and here’s the first look:

Ghostbusters! Of course. Fans are also puzzling over this cryptic tweet sent by the official Stranger Things account, which they believe contains the season’s premiere date:

They reckon that the differences between the high and low temperatures on the first two days indicate the month (9 = September) and day (8th) of its release. We’ll have to wait and see.
