When Ali Came To Ireland (RTÉ One, 8pm)

When Muhammad Ali passed away last week at the age of 74, many Irish people recalled his fight against Alvin Lewis in Croke Park in 1972. This documentary by filmmaker Ross Whitaker recounts Ali’s visit using rare archive footage.

EURO 2016: Germany v Ukraine (TV3, 7.30pm)

The second match of the day (Poland take on Northern Ireland on RTÉ2 at 4.30pm) sees World Cup winners Germany take on Ukraine. Will Ukraine score their first ever win against Germany? We’ll see. #EURO2016

Top Gear (BBC2, 8pm)

After a less than warm reception from fans, the new Top Gear hosts settle into the third episode of the season. Tonight, Chris Evans tests the new Audi R8 with German racer Sabine Schmitz, and Matt LeBlanc goes on a tour of London with rally driver Chris Block. #TopGear
