What to watch on TV tonight: Thursday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Wizard of Lies (Sky Atlantic, 9pm)

Robert De Niro stars as the Ponzi scheme fraudster Bernie Madoff in this TV movie, with Michelle Pfeiffer as his wife Ruth. Will this bring De Niro back from the brink? He hasn’t been making the greatest choices lately. (*cough* Dirty Grandpa *cough*) #thewizardoflies

Catching A Killer (Channel 4, 9pm)

“Here lads, we’ve got a true crime documentary. What will we call it?” “Making A Murderer?” “No, that’s been done.” “Erm… Catching A Killer?” “Bingo.” Saying that, this doc following the hunt for a missing woman looks to be very interesting. #catchingakiller

Bannon’s War (RTÉ One, 10.15pm)

‘Tis a cheery night of telly tonight! This profile of Trump’s controversial adviser Steve Bannon tells the story of how he came to be involved in the campaign – with one interviewee saying he saw it as a potential “vehicle for his perspectives”. HMM. #bannonswar
