What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday
EVERY WEEKDAY lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
The State Visit of President Higgins to the UK (RTÉ One, 8.25pm)
RTÉ are offering live coverage of the State Banquet at Windsor Castle. Expect speeches of unity, and probably someone unexpected speaking Irish. Everyone will be crossing their fingers for a gaffe of some kind. #StateVisit
UEFA Champions League: Chelsea vs Paris St-Germain (TV3, 7.30pm)
Second leg of the quarter-final, with Chelsea looking to come back from a two-goal deficit. There will also be results from Germany, where Real Madrid travelled to play Borussia Dortmund. #UCL #PSGvCFC
The Call Centre (BBC3, 9pm)
The cult fly-on-the-wall series set in a Swansea call centre returns for a second series. ‘Colourful’ manager Nev Wilshire – hailed as both an inspiring leader, and the living incarnation of David Brent – is still in charge. Meanwhile the rest of the staff combine to make surprisingly compelling TV. #TheCallCentre

The posh reality show’s new series premiere stormed Twitter last night, sparking a total of more than 160,000 tweets for an episode stuffed with drama and HAPPENINGZ. (That’s compared to a relatively puny 40,000 for the Game of Thrones opener.)
