Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
Camden Chaos: Reality Bites (RTÉ2, 9pm)
This one-off documentary takes a look at the Camden Street area of Dublin, which has become a bustling centre of Dublin’s nightlife over the past 20 years. Filmed on Valentine’s night this year, we’re guaranteed to meet some characters.
The Island with Bear Grylls (Channel 4, 9pm)
I wanna take you to The Iiiiislaaaaand… Well, this probably isn’t one Paul Brady would sing about. Survival expert Bear Grylls drops a team of men on one island in the Pacific, and a team of women on another. It’s a battle of the sexes, but which will fare best?
Gangster Squad (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)
Two words: Ryan. Gosling. He stars as a cop tasked with bringing down a dangerous gangster (Sean Penn) that’s moved into the area from New York. Emma Stone plays the badass gangster’s moll.
Everyone’s talking about: #XFactor
Auditions for the 12th series of the reality show hit Dublin today and tomorrow – hopefuls can enter by registering online or simply turning up to Croke Park.
This year’s judging panel has still not been nailed down – Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini are confirmed, but Louis Walsh’s spot is in the balance.
What’s more, they’re on the hunt for a new presenter too after Dermot O’Leary left the show earlier this month.
