Reality Bites, Finding Banni (RTE 2, 9.30pm)

Colm Flynn heads to Belarus to find out what happened to the little boy his family tried to adopt. Colm’s parents wanted to adopt the little boy when they fostered him but were unable to. Banni was sent back to Balrus and now his almost-big-bro is hoping to find out what happened to him.

Ireland’s Paramedics (TV 3, 8.30pm)

Get a real behind-the-scenes look at Ireland’s emergency services and what they have to face on a day-to-day basis.

The Supervet (Channel 4, 8pm)

Irish vet Noel Fitzpatrick looks after a Bengal cat called Tia after she gets hit by a car. He must reconstruct her tiny bones with rods and pins. Our hero.

Everyone’s talking about… Game Of Thrones’ new Irish actors

According to Game of Thrones fan site Watchers on the Wall, two Irish actors have been added to the much-anticipated seventh season of Game of Thrones.

Brendan Morrissey of Anglea’s Ashes and Ballykissangel fame will play Frey’s Lord in an episode.

Rory Dignam is another Irish name, who has appeared in productions at the Lir Academy.

Brendan O’Connor’s Cutting Edge (RTE 1, 9.35pm) Chris O Donogue, Vogue Williams, and Niamh Horan are on tonight.

A Question of Sport (BBC 1, 11.10pm) The sport panelist show will feature paralympic gold medallist Jonnie Peacock, English netball star Pamela Cookey, boxer Anthony Crolla, and Hull City defender Curtis Davies.

The Missing (BBC 1, 9pm) Last of the series in the television drama.

Kids on the Edge, Troubled Girls (Channel 4, 10pm) The stories of two self-harming teen girls and the support they receive.

The Late Late Toy Show Unwrapped (RTE 1, 7pm) A look behind the scenes of the toy show.
