A new family from Ballina, Co Mayo joins the show as they chat about First Dates, an MTV show called Spring Break With Grandpa (help), and of course, the Late Late Show Valentine’s Special. #goggleboxIRL

The Kettering Incident (Sky Atlantic 10pm)

This Australian mystery stars Elizabeth Debicki (who you may remember from The Night Manager) as a woman returning to her hometown 15 years after her best friend’s disappearance. Her return coincides with the disappearance of another girl – so what’s going on at all?

A Walk Among The Tombstones (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

Liam Neeson? Playing an action hero? Go ‘way out of that. In this thriller, Neeson stars as an ex-cop helping a drug trafficker avenge the death of his wife.

Everybody’s talking about: The Late Late Valentine’s Special

Ryan-Tubridy-2 RTÉ RTÉ

Yes, still. Ryan Tubridy has hit back at news of complaints about the special, telling listeners on his radio show that it “belies the success of that show”:

Yes of course a number of people complained but actually bigger numbers watched it and seemed to enjoy it… To me, it’s a tale of two Irelands. One Ireland is full of under 50s who thought it was a hoot and another Ireland full of over 50s thought a little less of it.
