Men At Lunch / Lón Sa Spéir (9.25pm, TG4)

Lunch On A Skyscraper, that iconic image of 11 workers eating sandwiches hundreds of feet above the New York skyline, is one of the world’s most famous photos. But does the group include Sonny Glynn and Matty O’Shaughnessy, emigrants from a small village near Gort? Irish documentarian Seán Ó Cualáin set out to find out – and here’s the result.

Who Killed Whitney Houston? The Autopsy (10pm, TV3)

Ultimate trash-digging TV as this documentary examines the evidence as to what happened in the final minutes of the singer’s rollercoaster life. Expect gory details and possibly uncomfortable scenes.

My Granny The Escort (More4, 10pm)

Another chance to catch this Channel 4 documentary about three older prostitutes – aged 57, 64 and 84 – discussing their lives and work. They sell sex from hotel rooms and their homes, and their clients are as young as 20. Well, it’s different, eh?

Everyone’s talking about: Fargo

@FargoFX @FargoFX

The TV miniseries based on the Coen brothers’ cult crime thriller aired its first season finale in the US last night. It’s already won critical acclaim – USA Today called it “one of the most rewarding miniseries ever made”.

Or switch over for:

  • World Cup games (RTE Two): Australia vs Netherlands (5pm), Spain vs Chile (8pm), Cameroon vs Croatia (11pm)
  • All Star Mr and Mrs (8pm, UTV) Our very own Maia Dunphy has to answer questions about her fella Johnny Vegas.
  • The Great Irish Bake Off (TV3, 9pm) Tonight they make… bread!
  • Water for Elephants (RTÉ One, 9.35pm) Robert Pattinson falls in love with an elephant. Oh, and a woman.
