What to watch on TV tonight: Wednesday

Here are the shows people will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Making It Down Under (RTÉ One, 8.30pm)

Tonight, we meet Waterford woman Rosie Nolan who joined the Brisbane Police after going backpacking in Australia. She now has seven children – five of which are QUINTUPLETS. Rosie and her partner made the headlines when it happened – and now RTÉ are tracking how she went from a six months visa to living her whole life down under.

The Great British Bake Off (BBC One, 8pm)

Well, well, well. What an ordeal of a week it’s been for GBBO. First we learned that it’s moving to Channel 4 – never to be on the BBC again. Then, Mel and Sue announced that they’ve already decided to jump ship. Now we’re supposed to continue on with the current series like everything’s fine – but we know deep down that it’s not. Last week had a batch of bread shaped like a penis. Beat that.

Celebrity Operation Transformation (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

The second episode returns this week, and we’ll be able to catch up on how all five celebs are getting on. Katherine Lynch, Gerald Kean, Elaine Crowley, Karl Spain and Brenda Donohue are all doing their best to hit targets, but who has made kept up the good work after week one?
