Tonight is the night that Ray starts his bid to take over from Brendan O’Connor as the king of Saturday night telly in Ireland. He has plenty of mountains to climb and expectations to reach, but you can be sure everyone will be watching to see how he gets on. #raydarcyshow
Strictly Come Dancing (BBC1, 6.15pm)
The second proper night back for the dance extravaganza sees the remaining contestants that didn’t get a trot out last night take to the floor. Of course, this means that our wee Daniel will not be featuring, but it will be a good chance to have a gawk at his future competitors.#strictly
Rugby World Cup Live: England vs Wales (TV3, 7pm)
The biggest game of the Rugby World Cup so far sees England take on Wales at Twickenham – and it’s all set to be a bruiser of an encounter. The Twitter hashtag will probably be just as good as the game because, let’s face it, that’s where all the good jokes are. #ENGvWAL
Everyone’s talking about: Our very own Daniel on Strictly last night
The VERY Irish performance last night went down well with the judges. Even though there is no elimination this week, the contestants’ scores will transfer over to next week when one of them will face the chop.
