What to watch on TV tonight: Easter Monday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Girls – Finale (Sky Atlantic, 10pm)

Season 6 of Girls is coming to an end – and with it the entire show will wrap up. Hannah is moving on to a “new chapter in her life” and the episode has been well received by critics. The likes of Shoshanna and Adam won’t appear in the finale, so they’ve already had their goodbyes – and it looks like tonight is just about Hannah. #Girls

Guardians of the Galaxy (BBC One, 8.30pm)

Bank Holiday movie premieres don’t come much better than this, so ease that fear with a blockbuster tonight. A boy abducted by aliens grows up to be a mercenary in a far-flung galaxy. He and a band of misfits break out of a prison space station with a plan to sell a mysterious orb to the highest bidder – but cross a warlord, who intends to turn it into a powerful weapon.

Quantum of Solace (RTÉ 2, 9pm)

Another Easter Monday flick to chill out to before the week starts again. Bond sets out on a personal mission of vengeance as he pursues the secret criminal organisation Quantum. His search leads him to the head of an ecological corporation, who is plotting to orchestrate a coup in a Latin American country to get his hands on a precious natural resource.
