A new series returns tonight – and once again you will watch families that are way fitter than yours challenge themselves over obstacle courses with famous Irish ex-athletes roaring at them to go faster. Rugby player Alan Quinlan and camogie champion Anna Geary join the regulars in what is always a gripping show. #FittestFamily
The Great Irish Bake Off (TV3, 9pm)
This week’s challenge sees the contestants attempt a Halloween-themed cake – which could prove to be both scary and entertaining at the same time. Added to that, they will be asked to make an ‘Adults Only’ coffee cake, using Irish cream and coffee beans. Delish. #GIBO
Dole Life (RTÉ 2, 9.30pm)
This documentary follows the lives of people on JobBridge – telling their personal stories about looking for work in modern day Ireland. It’s bound to create talking points. #DoleLife
