What to watch on TV tonight: Monday
DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
Bridget and Eamon (RTE 2, 10pm)
The much anticipated comedy spin-off from Republic of Telly finally hits our screens tonight. Jennifer Zamparelli and Bernard O’Shea are our 1980s-based heroes that are set to get up to all sorts of nostalgic antics. The Undateables: Wedding Bells (Channel 4, 9pm)
The last episode in the current series takes a look at the most successful people who have ever featured on the show – so much so that they are set to tie the knot all thanks to The Undateables. This is all set to be a very happy ending. #TheUndateables
Life Before the Rising (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)
This documentary delves into what was happening in the lives of Irish people in the years leading up to the Easter Rising. For the year that’s in it, we can get used to more 1916-related stuff on the telly – and for anyone with even a passing interest in history, it’s like Christmas all year round. #LifeBeforeTheRising
