What to watch on TV tonight: Monday

Here are the shows people will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Game of Thrones (Sky Atlantic, 9pm)

Episode nine tonight – and it’s supposedly a belter. If you can make it through the day avoiding the spoilers from across the Atlantic, then you should be in for an absolute treat. #GoT

UEFA Euro 2016 Live (RTÉ Two 7.30pm and TV3, 7pm)

It’s Group B’s turn tonight to fight it out for qualification to the next round – and that means England and Wales are both in action. England take on Slovakia with their eyes on top spot, while Wales will be hoping to secure passage to the knockouts with a draw or a win against Russia. It’s all to play for, and an England win would certainly help out Ireland’s chances…

The Secret Life of Kittens (Channel 4, 8pm)

The second part of the uber adorable look at kittens in their first 12 months of life. KITTENS. #secretlifeofkittens

Everybody’s talking about… John Oliver’s latest investigation

And it’s a searing take on Brexit that has everyone talking this morning.

Especially this assessment of the word itself

It’s powerful stuff.

Classic Oliver.

Or flick over for…

  • Spanglish (RTÉ One, 9.35pm) Not the worst Adam Sandler film ever, with some nice moments of drama.
  • Louis Theroux: Killadelphia (RTÉ 2, 11.35pm) Some light Monday night viewing.
  • Under 20 Rugby World Cup Semi (TG4, 5.30pm kick-off) Ireland vs Argentina. Big game for the young lads.
  • Euro 2016 Highlights (RTÉ 2, 10.30pm) If you missed anything earlier.
