What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday
DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
UEFA Euro 2016 Live (RTÉ Two 5pm)
Two groups on the line tonight – and over the four games there are some crucial encounters for Ireland. Firstly, Northern Ireland take on Germany at 5pm on RTÉ 2. If Germany win, that means that Ireland just need to beat Italy tomorrow night to secure passage to the next round. Easy.
The Czech Republic then face Turkey – kick off at 8pm on RTÉ 2 – where a draw or Turkey win would also do the job for Ireland. Croatia vs Spain on TV3 might actually provide the better watch though. Get the calculators out for the permutations…
