Dramatic video shows two men diving into an exploding volcano

Pardon?

EVER CLIMB UP a steep hill and think to yourself, “Sure, aren’t I great?”

Well, these guys literally dived into an exploding volcano. Yep.

This very intense video, shot with a GoPro camera, shows explorers Sam Cossman and George Kourounis as they journey dangerously close to the edge of Marum Crater, an extremely active volcano.

Remember the scene towards the end of Toy Story 3? In the incinerator? It’s sort of like that.

According to the video description:

Sam Cossman and George Kourounis with volcanic pioneers Geoff Mackely and Brad Ambrose become among the first explorers to step foot inside the worlds most dangerous and inaccessible volcano, Marum Crater. More people have visited the moon than the firey bottom of this spectacular and deadly location.

As if that weren’t enough, one of the men took a selfie of himself near the volcano, because of course.
