Unbreakable: The Mark Pollock Story inspired the whole country last night

The documentary aired on RTÉ One last night.

LAST NIGHT, UNBREAKABLE: The Mark Pollock Story aired on RTÉ One. The documentary follows adventurer and athlete Mark Pollock, who lost his sight at the age of 22 and became paralysed from the waist down following an accident in 2010.

The moving film tells the story of Pollock’s rehabilitation after his accident and elicited an incredible reaction from viewers last night.

Many hailed Pollock as an inspiration.

There was equally high praise for Pollock’s fiancé Simone George.

Brilliant documentary on Mark Pollock, ceratinly unbreakable....think Simeone deserves a documentary on her own though. Indestructible.
