ANYONE WHO HAS been to Las Vegas knows that it can be an expensive city to visit – and it seems it has got the better of one Irish guy after just two nights.
Posting his car for sale on DoneDeal this week, a man named Mark claims he’s in a bit of trouble on holiday:
Genuine reason for selling this beaut. I’m with the lads in Vegas and i’m stone broke. Thought i was Terrence Big Balls the first two nights and now i’m atein scraps.
The international currency markets haven’t helped him either, apparently:
The price of the dollar has my heart broke aswell!!
The seller claims the Volkswagon Golf drives like a Porsche and gets plenty of attention from the ladies. It’s coming in at €5,500, which would get him another couple of days in Vegas at the very least if the sale does come off.
Could it be an audacious ploy to grab some attention for his sale? We don’t know. But one thing is for certain, he’s in a bit of a hurry to get rid of it:
