SINÉAD O’CONNOR HAS married for the fourth time, with the ceremony at a chapel in Las Vegas.
The singer tied the knot with fiancé Barry Herridge yesterday in Nevada after revealing her wedding plans on the radio earlier this week.
Writing on her official blog, O’Connor said the ceremony had been “too glorious for words”. She particularly mentioned the “celebrity guests” in attendance – alongside a picture of empty chapel pews.
According to the Irish Independent, the ceremony took place in the back of a pink Cadillac inside the wedding chapel.
O’Connor added that she would give more details shortly – but was unable to at present as the couple were celebrating in a very personal way (Warning: explicit language).
The singer had said earlier this week that she was a “very happy girl” in advance of the wedding – which comes after she launched an online campaign to find a “sexy date”.
In August, she wrote on her blog that a “gorgeous” man had gotten in touch and she hoped he would prove “a good egg”.
O’Connor separated from her third husband Steve Cooney in April after eight months of marriage.
