Eh, should we tell her...? Victoria Beckham asks about the weather
VICTORIA BECKHAM IS en route to Dublin and has two important questions – what is the weather like? And what should she wear?
The Spice Girl-turned-high-end-fashion-designer is visiting Brown Thomas on Grafton Street to celebrate her successful brand tomorrow night. But first, the 38-year-old must sort out her wardrobe.
We’ve asked the good folk at Met Éireann and the Irish Weather Network what the Beckhams should expect over the next couple of days.
Today is going to be warm…but don’t get too excited as Met Éireann describes the day as “close”, while Karl Mehlhorn of the Irish Weather Network expects a “warm and moist” flow to establish itself over the whole island.
Temperatures will reach 20 to 22°C over south and east Leinster but there is a major risk of showers due to the humid conditions.
By Wednesday, the risk of thunder will escalate and downpours are predicted for the north. Further south, showers will be more scattered with only the “odd heavy one” in the late afternoon and evening. Temperatures will also have fallen into the mid-to-high teens. Proper sunshine and dry conditions are not due until Saturday.
So Victoria, we recommend a rain mac and brolly. Sorry.
