BAD PARKERS BEWARE: a new app called Douche Parking being used in Russia aims to stop bad parking by publicly shaming parking offenders.
Users of the Android app simply take a photo when they see poor parking and upload them to the Parking Douche database.
The data is then streamed live to banner ads that are targeted through an IP address, so people that live or work close to locations where these cars are parked will see it.

The notification will interrupt your online viewing but can be removed once you share the ad of the offending parker.
The Russian online newspaper The Villagehas signed up to feature the ads.
