A CAT HAS SET a new Guinness World Record by surviving against the odds for 12 years with two faces.
Cats with the condition are known as Janus cats and usually only survive between one and four days.
Frank and Louie’s owner Marty Stevens was working at a veterinarian school when the cat was brought in as a small kitten to be put down. Instead, she decided to keep him.
Vet Armelle Delaforcade said that the cat has actually had fewer problems than many cats with “very normal anatomies”.
Stevens said she still finds it funny when people approach to pet the fluffy white cat suddenly react in shock upon seeing the two faces.
