DUBLIN’S CLAMPERS ARE much reviled, and now they’ve angered some of the most terrifying of Dublin’s inhabitants.

The vikings.

Ok, not actual vikings. Actually, they’re probably the friendliest vikings since Asterix and Obelix, the lads of the Viking Splash Tour.
