LAST NIGHT, RAPPER Waka Flocka Flame announced to his Instagram followers that he was hiring a ‘blunt roller’. The salary? A cool $50,000 a year. (That’s about €38,600.)
He invited prospective candidates to apply via the hashtag #icanroll.
