Watch: Billionaire Warren Buffett sings 'I've Been Working on the Railroad'
HE NORMALLY EARNS billions while giving a sizeable amount of it away and advocating that he be taxed more but investor Warren Buffett took a break from all that to strum the ukulele and ring in the New Year on Chinese TV.
To celebrate the Lunar New Year or Chinese New Year – an important event in the Chinese calendar – Buffett was one of China Central Television’s (CCTV) guests on its New Year gala singing ‘I’ve Been Working on the Railroad’ while strumming along on a ukulele.
The video was posted to CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala website yesterday but there are no details as to where it was shot.
The relatively simple video contrasts with other more extravagant performances as part of the TV celebration that draws a quite remarkable 800 million viewers annually.
