This retelling of the story of Dracula is directed by an Irish man Gary Shore, which is a pretty cool thing to see. This looks like a pretty giant production (it was filmed in Northern Ireland) and rather than focusing on Bram Stoker’s novel, it tells us a completely new (untold, natch) story about the origins of the count and Vlad the Impaler. Bloody.
