“No different from a wrap you can buy in shops.” The point is that this is a delivery service. If we were all in the humour to go to the shops and get a wrap at all times, there would be no food delivery services.

I ordered from here before heading out for the night, unfortunately my usual place hadn’t opened yet because it was early in the day. I ordered a carbonara. What I got wasn’t a carbonara, it was like spaghetti bolognese but with a layer of cheese on it and since I didn’t have time to call up and wait another half an hour for my real order, I ate it. Worst decision of my life, it was cold and horrible. I’ll never order from here again.

How amazing would it be to have a life where the worst thing you ever decided to do was eat cold pasta. By most of our standards, eating cold pasta is actually a good decision in comparison to the rest of our choices.

8. This person who got a very small bag of chips.

Food horrible and chip portions waste off money got a bag off chips and ive seen bigger sweet packets then what i got

took ages to come and it was cold i told the delivery driver i wasnt paying as i was informed by the manager it was ok and he started shout and pointing his finger in my face in front of my daughter.

NOT A REAL CHIPPER. The address they give on this website is the address of a Chinese takeaway, when I called them they told me to meet them under a bridge. No clue why they’re on this website.

14. This story that just doesn’t add up at all.

Worst service I’ve ever got in my life. Ordered takeaway and 70 minutes later I had to ring to find out what happened. I was told that it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t… then my neighbor texts me to tell me they paid for my order thinking it was their Pizza Hut order. Although I had already paid for this online so I don’t know why they were charged?? I was also told on the phone “our drivers wouldn’t do that cause it says paid” well they did do that… Then it took another 40 minutes for my food to come. I waited 110 minutes for my delivery. Don’t get any gesture of my money back or credit on my account. Abysmal service is even too high a rating.

Why didn’t the neighbour question the fact that their Pizza Hut order came in unmarked brown boxes? Did they just think that they got the completely wrong order? Did some delivery guy just get a ~€20 tip off of them? What did they do when their Pizza Hut finally arrived? This is the neighbour’s fault more than anything else. They stole someone elses pizza.

15. This man called Darren who repeatedly orders despite knowing that his food will be cold.

Order took over an hour and a half… child about 11 delivered it while driver sat in a car shouting is it the right address? to the child. Had two pizza boxes. Thought I got two pizzas by mistake. Kids took it away and I realused it was my garlic bread. Also missing drink I should have got with chicken tenders meal. Called roma and told them about missing drink and asked for the garlic bread to be sent back up.

Yes, they just said that an 11-year-old child delivered their pizza.

Received our delivery with extra chicken balls so contacted the shop to let them know, the told us to keep them which we thought was very nice of them about 10 in later a knock on the door from the owner which asked for them back so explained the lad on the phone told us to keep them she became very aggressive shouting all over the place and demanding money for them , she ran the lad in the shop and she said he never told us to keep them , my wife had to ring him back and he said he did tell us to keep them she was still shouting demanding the money. Eventually she left and another guy from he shop rang to apologies for the misunderstand , we were regular customers but won’t be ordering from this shop again plus an extra 50 cents has been added on bills as a service charge, this doesn’t go to drivers but to the shop owner??

Wow. What a rollercoaster. What exactly did the shop owner want to do with the chicken balls once they got them back?
