An Irish wrestler asked strangers to send him drinks via the Wetherspoons app and got more than he bargained for
IT’S A FRIDAY, so naturally people have begun to let their hair down after a long hard week at work. (My sincere apologies to those of you who work in retail who this probably doesn’t apply to).
Maybe you’re off out for a few drinks to celebrate the freakin’ weekend. More power to you. Sure Irish wrestler Jordan Devlin is doing the same.
There he is on the left. WINE NOT, says you.
On a recent trip to Wetherspoons, he discovered the pub’s mobile app, in which you can order food and drink from the comfort of your chair.
Mind = blown.
When someone suggested he get people to send him drinks, he happily obliged (because who wouldn’t?)
The orders came in thick and fast.
The next person decided to gift him something slightly stronger than peas.
Someone else was obviously concerned about whether Jordan was getting enough protein into his diet.
Then, the drinks started to get … Varied.
Really varied.
Jordan’s career has peaked, undoubtedly.

He hasn’t tweeted since, so we can only assume he’s off his game on peas.
