For the first time ever, the Late Late is going abroad. It’s all to interview The Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen. Back in the studio, Jeremy Paxman, and Olympic medalist Rob Heffernan will be joining Tubs.

Man on Fire (TV 3, 9pm)

A former US government operative with alcoholism is hired to be the bodyguard of a wealthy Mexican businessman’s daughter. When she is abducted, he goes IN on them. Denzel Washington stars.

Graham Norton (BBC 1, 11.05pm)

Ben Affleck, David Attenborough, Claire Foy and Matt Smith are all joining Graham on the couch tonight. Music comes from Sting.
