Legendary hurler Henry Shefflin fronts this documentary which goes behind the science and psychology needed to be a success in sport, business, and politics. Shefflin meets great Irish sportspeople such as Shane Lowry, Paul O’Connell and Sonia O’Sullivan.

Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope (RTE 2, 9.30pm)

Aisling and Danielle go on a day trip to spend quality time together, but they end up missing their bus home to Dublin and have to fend for themselves. The penultimate episode of the new drama.

University Challenge (BBC 2, 8pm)

Monday nights are made for University Challenge. Up tonight, are the University of Glasgow and the University of East London.
