This documentary following the Teeling brothers and their mission to open Ireland’s first whiskey distillery in 125 years. The third episode sees them finally receive the copper Pot Stills and facing a potential security breach.

Kevin McCloud’s Escape to the Wild (Channel 4, 9pm)
